FAQ
Why agents use UnitDeck.
Simple answers about the problem, the workflow, and how UnitDeck helps agents present units better.
Why is UnitDeck needed?
Agents often have listings scattered across WhatsApp chats, photo albums, Excel files, and old messages. UnitDeck gives each agent one clean buyer-ready deck, so buyers can browse available units without asking for everything one by one.
What problem does UnitDeck solve?
It solves the messy sharing problem. Instead of sending many photos, repeated unit details, and long WhatsApp explanations, agents can organize units once and share one private link that stays updated.
How does UnitDeck help agents?
UnitDeck helps agents look more organized, respond faster, and give buyers a smoother viewing experience. Agents can add photos, videos, unit details, areas, and WhatsApp enquiry paths in one place.
How long is the free trial?
New agents get a 30-day free trial. After the trial, UnitDeck starts from USD 9.99/month unless cancelled.
Can buyers see private owner notes?
No. Owner names, phone numbers, commission notes, and internal notes stay inside the agent workspace.
Do units need admin approval?
During beta, verified agents may have auto-approval enabled. Admin can turn auto-approval on or off per agent.
Can I import many units?
Yes. Agents can paste rough listing text, import with the Excel template, and attach photos before creating draft units.
What do buyers receive?
Buyers receive a private deck link where they can browse available units and tap WhatsApp when ready.
