How to Request Deletion
Agents can request account and workspace deletion by contacting UnitDeck support at unitdeck@gmail.com. Include the account email, agent slug, and the request you want completed.
What We Delete
Deletion requests should cover the agent profile, listings, areas, uploaded unit media, profile media, verification proof, buyer-facing deck content, tester feedback connected to the account, and internal product records that are no longer needed.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, abuse investigations, audit logs, legal obligations, or backup recovery. Retained records should be minimized and used only for those purposes.
Verification Proof
Verification proof can contain sensitive identity information. UnitDeck should avoid collecting NRIC or driving license documents until a proper KYC provider and final privacy process are in place. If such proof is collected later, deletion handling must be stricter and clearly documented.
Backups
Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until the backup retention period expires. If a backup is restored, deletion requests should be re-applied before restored data is used in production.
Response Time
UnitDeck should acknowledge deletion requests within the published support response time and complete reasonable deletion requests as soon as practical after verifying account ownership.
