Information We Collect
UnitDeck collects account details, agent profile details, listing content, uploaded media, verification proof, buyer report messages, tester feedback, and basic usage analytics such as deck views, unit views, and WhatsApp clicks.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide agent portfolios, display buyer-facing decks, support admin review, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and manage subscriptions.
Payment Information
When subscriptions are enabled, payment details will be handled by Stripe. UnitDeck should not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment data according to its own policies.
Uploaded Documents
Verification proof is used for admin review. Avoid uploading NRIC or driving license documents until UnitDeck has a proper KYC provider and final privacy process.
Public Deck Content
Buyer-facing deck pages may show agent name, agency name, profile photo, REN number, WhatsApp link, unit details, and uploaded unit media. Private owner notes should not be shown on public deck pages.
Data Security
Before public launch, production data should be hosted on Azure, uploads should use Azure Blob Storage, and secrets should be stored in Azure App Service Configuration rather than committed into the repository.
