Refund and Trial Policy

Free Trial
UnitDeck plans are intended to include a 30-day free trial. A valid payment card may be required before the trial starts.
Monthly Subscription
After the trial, UnitDeck is intended to continue on the selected billing plan unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends.
Cancellation
Agents should be able to cancel their subscription before the next billing period. Access may continue until the end of the current paid period, unless the account is suspended for abuse or policy violations.
Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed case by case. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or technical issues that prevent normal use of the service.
No Refund for Abuse
Refunds may be refused if an account is suspended for fake listings, scam behavior, misleading payment requests, unauthorized content, or other abuse.
